Newport Jazz Festival will return in 2021 after being canceled last year due to the pandemic. This year’s event will return to Fort Adams in Newport, Rhode Island, from July 30-August 1. Performers announced for the lineup include Wynton Marsalis, Khruangbin, Mavis Staples, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Andra Day, Cory Wong, Yola, and more. Check out the lineup so far below.
Robert Glasper, who is serving as the festival’s Artist in Residence, will perform all three days in different capacities, including a set with Terrace Martin on Friday, July 30.
