Hole’s first three albums—Pretty on the Inside, Live Through This, and Celebrity Skin—are being repressed in various vinyl styles for release on September 18. Pretty on the Inside comes with a remastered 12-inch of the single “Teenage Whore,” backed by B-sides “Burn Black” and “Drown Soda,” which will also make their streaming debut upon the record’s release.
The landmark second and third albums will come remastered on standard black vinyl or as “zoetrope” LPs with new “animated loops” based on the original music videos, a press release notes. Finally, color vinyl editions of all three albums will be released for Record Store Day on October 23. Hole guitarist and co-founder Eric Erlandson oversaw the reissues for UMe.
