Argentine pop star Emilia has released her new single “BODYPAINTING,” accompanied by a music video featuring elaborate choreography, a luxurious penthouse, and the singer covered head to toe in black paint.
Co-produced by Swedish producer LIOHN and Argentine hitmaker Zecca, the track explores flirtation, desire, and self-expression while introducing what Emilia describes as a new chapter in her career.
“BODYPAINTING is a song that invites you to dance and embrace your sensuality,” Emilia said in a statement. “I wanted to explore flirtation and desire, and play with a side of me that people already know, but that comes through in a different way today.”

The accompanying video follows Emilia through a lavish penthouse, where multiple versions of the singer appear amid sensual choreography. In one sequence, she is completely covered in black paint before sparks and flashes of light illuminate the scene.
“BODYPAINTING” follows a busy year for Emilia, who collaborated with Zara Larsson on “Girl’s Girl,” featured on the deluxe edition of Midnight Sun, and made her Coachella debut alongside Brazilian singer Luísa Sonza.
“I had so much fun creating this song, and I feel like it marks the beginning of a new chapter for me,” Emilia added.
